Ezri's approach to martial arts instruction centers on treating each student with dignity and equity, encouraging thought, self-expression and a diversity of voices. She frames martial arts as a cultural art form, focusing on body movement, balance, reaction time, situational/spatial awareness and the relationship between these pieces while providing a joyful space for students to grow.
Children's classes are held at our Ripley-Greer location on the Upper West Side.
